- Full wash and sanitisation of toilets, basins, showers, tiles, and drains
- Removal of grout marks, cement haze, and silicone residue
- Cleaning of mirrors, taps, shower screens, and bathroom fittings
- Disinfecting high-touch points for hygiene and odour control
Kitchen & Built-in Units
- Cleaning benchtops, cupboards (inside and out), splashbacks, and sinks
- Wiping appliances (external surfaces), cooktops, and stainless steel finishes
- Polishing chrome fixtures, handles, and glass surfaces
Final Detailing & Presentation
- Spot cleaning of glass, mirrors, and reflective surfaces
- Polishing kitchen and bathroom surfaces for a move-in-ready finish
- Cleaning door handles, window tracks, and fitted wardrobes
Hazardous Material & Asbestos Removal
- Safe removal and disposal of friable and non-friable (bonded) asbestos materials where found
- Conducted by licensed professionals following WorkSafe and EPA guidelines
- Use of PPE, containment procedures, and compliance documentation
- Removal of hazardous residues such as lead dust, silica dust or chemical spills (if applicable)
